Brick Peak - Poland / Nowy Sącz

Hello Brick Lovers!

On August 15-16 this year in Nowy Sącz (Lesser Poland Voivodeship) we are organizing an exhibition called Brick Peak.

The name refers both to the mountainous region where the exhibition will take place and is a play on words that can also be translated as "Brick Summit".

All world summits are organized as international ones, so here I would also like to invite You, dear Neighbors from Slovakia with whom we share, among others, the Tatra Mountains.

I have about 20-35 square meters still available (about 24 tables 0,8x1,8). I can invite some polish teams, but I don't want to copy other events. I would like to invite someone extraordinary - you.

It will be great if you could present your MOCs (maybe except Harry Potter and Star Wars because there will be thematic sets from these series / unless you have something unusual than yes).

I want to know info if someone of you will be able to come to Nowy Sącz :
1) what exactly do you need?
2) what exactly do you expect?
3) with what MOC you can come to us and how much space is needed?

Oh, and you must know that 15.08 (Saturday) is a national holiday, so regular shops, pharmacies, etc. are closed. On Sunday (16.08) shops are closed too. The exception are restaurants and gas stations.

Hello bart_afol, Matej from TatraLUG alerted me to your offer, he even sent you some photos of my track. If you were interested, I would like to participate. The track has dimensions of 560x280 cm and I would need about 8 tables 80x180 cm. Some photos - Svet kostek on Flickr, Peter Zmuda. The construction takes about 10 hours, so one day earlier. I'm so sorry, but unfortunately, the event planned for August 15th-16th will not take place.
I'm alone in the field and can't manage everything in such a short time.

If I had known even a month or two earlier that the other person who was supposed to be the organizer wasn't interested, I would have managed it myself. But I kept hearing: "we're doing it," "I'll send it," "I'll call you back," etc., and the email to the city has been written for a month and they haven't answered their calls for two weeks...

I didn't expect such unreliability and unprofessional approach.

So please accept my apologies for not meeting in Nowy Sącz this year and for bothering me and booking the dates.

I hope we can organize the event in 2027.
