Here'a a bit of Ostblock Architecture, I hope you don't mind the term ;-)

This was easy to build but quite effective.

@ bud'o:  Thanx! When I started, I tried something similar to your improvement. I don't know if you have noticed, that the windows are not plain in the building. While I left the dark windows plain, I wanted to give a bit more structure to the tower walls. That is why I have chosen the actual design.
